And here's how I made all these roses marzipan on top of my cakes!
- First, run to the supermarket to buy a nice bead of marzipan nature.
- Form a ball with your dough 200g . Dig a hollow and pour 60g caster sugar and few drops of red dye .
Knead well until a beautiful pink ball well uniform.
- With your dough, shape into rolls about 5 millimeters thick . So that the dough does not stick to your work, cover it in powdered sugar ; give it a more shiny your roses.
- Cut the tip of the rod and form a small section (as in the picture below). This will be the middle of your rose petals support!
- Then, cut small pieces of black pudding (a small cm) and crush it with your finger to flatten and create your petal!
- Create and 6 petals and glue them around the section to form your pink!
- For the leaves, repeat the procedure from the beginning with green dye, spread your dough, and cut your leaves with a small knife!
- Et .. TADAAAAA
