Gâteau de Banana Pancakes / Caramel
I'm in my
I'm in my
phase Pancakes ... and one day I wanted to do something a little nice and friendly! So I started in the early realization of a stacking of 3 Pancakes and in the middle, bananas and caramel! And it gives a very nice cake!
Ingredients:
For 1 pancake (diameter: 20cm), knowing that will make 3:
-
1 egg - 10g butter
- 1 tablespoon
sugar - 2 Tbsp curved flour
- 1 / 2 teaspoon
baking powder - 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 500 ml of milk
For the caramel:
- 100g sugar
- 20g butter
- 1 dL milk
and again
- a bit of butter for cooking pancakes
- 2 bananas
- From sugar to decorate
Realization :
To make a pancake, pour all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
In a skillet with a diameter of cm 20aine, melt some butter and spread it across the surface of the pan. Once it is hot, pour in your preparation (which must be spread evenly in the pan so that your pancake is a diameter of about 20cm).
Cook 1 small minute (being careful cooking) then flip your pancake and cook for 30aine second.
Repeat 3 times, then let your 3 of Pancakes side.
realization caramel
Pour your sugar in a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Once the sugar has taken a brownish color, remove from heat and add butter. Mix well, then rest the pot on the stove and carefully pour the milk, stirring well. Once the caramel gets the desired consistency, remove from heat and dip the bananas that you first cut into slices.
Editing:
On a plate, place a pancake and then cover with half the banana-caramel preparation. Cover with another pancake and pour the remaining mix banana-caramel. Finally, drop the last pancake and sprinkle with icing sugar!
ENJOY:)

Mahabringaraj Hair Oil Reviews
Hmmmm! While this dish is nothing extraordinary, but I never did and I wanted to test! It was always part of the birthday of my friend and we was rather entertained!
I had gone on a pork roast, but here in Denmark, the only pieces of pork that is, well ... they are covered with this strange white texture is called ... THE GRAAAAS! so no no no! I finally bought a beautiful piece beef :)
Sorry, the photo is just dripping ... but it was good .. SISIS!
I NGREDIENT (for 4-5 people)
- roast beef 1 kg
- An onion
- salt, pepper, herb provence
- Parsley branch
For the dough:
- 300g flour
- 150g butter
- about 1.5 dl water
- 1 / 4 teaspoon of salt
- an egg yolk
Directed
Make a pie crust with flour, butter, water and salt and let it rest at least one hour in the fridge.
Meanwhile, brown beef on all sides in hot oil. Drain and let cool on rack. Add salt and pepper and add some herbs.
Finally, cut the onions into small pieces.
Once the dough rested, lay it on thick with a small centimeter. Sprinkle the onion and parsley over the dough. Ask your steak (remember to remove the strings around the meat if there is!!:)) In the middle of the dough. Enclose the roast completely in the dough and moisten the joints with a little water so that the dough does not fall apart when cooked.
Brush dough with egg yolk.
Dig a small hole on top of the dough in the middle and slip a roll of thick paper, to form a chimney of evaporation.
In an oven preheated to 220 degrees, bake 40 minutes (the meat is ready when the crust is golden!)
I accompanied this dish with Paprika Potatoes of greedily ! A real treat! and besides, I does not make since ... just for mouua is too good!
