Crackers maison! Un petit vote pour

A new recipe, and with a touch of the South this time to overcome this winter weather! (Although I LOVE the snow!)
Of Crackers home, olive oil and parsley!



Ingredients:

- A glass of flour (about 250g)
- 4 of c.à.soupe Olive oil
- 1 / 2 teaspoon
salt - 1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
- Parsley (personally, I took charge I chopped finely)
- 3 / 4 of a glass of water

Directed
Pour flour , oil, salt, baking powder and parsley in a bowl and mix. Add the water progressively while mixing with hands until the great ball of dough.
You can achieve the desired shape Crackers:
- To make rectangular, roll out the dough (about 5mm) and cut the desired shape.
- For "sticks", form tubes (thickness of one cm and a length of 20aine cm) with the dough. Ask your

crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 25 minutes at 200 ° C.

Accompanied by a tomato sauce or pesto is delicious!
