Old. Ladies In Stockings And Girdles

"Princess Cupcakes")

So yesterday: a mad desire to CUPCAKES! But please ... beautiful
I therefore hasten to the nearest supermarket after school and buy the necessities: eggs, butter, sugar and many (...) safe, small candy-deco as a cupcake, if not wearing a hat and jewelry, is not a cupcake! ;)

Here is the recipe for my " Princess Cupcakes" Vanilla and Chocolate (first name due to the appearance fool - but cute! - Given by the little pink hearts that I chose ...)

For about 24 small cupcakes:

To cakes:
- 3 eggs
- 200g caster sugar
- 200g flour
- 150g butter
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- a packet of vanilla sugar
- 100g Chocolate

For the frosting:
- 500g icing sugar (yes. .. Ow ...)
- 120g butter
- water
- a teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 3 squares of chocolate

I the You will also need:
- The molds Cupcakes for metal, silicon or disposable paper (although less practical green)!
- A pastry bag for the icing (or like me, a student at the purse, a plastic bag with one corner was cut)

Directed by:
Mix eggs, sugar, flour, yeast and melted butter (microwave or water bath) to make the dough.
Divide the dough in half.
Pour into a party bag of sugar vanilla in the other 100g of melted chocolate.

Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Pour the batter into your pans Cupcakes (Fill half).
With your 2 pasta, make cupcakes vanilla, chocolate or marbled by mixing!
Bake about 25 minutes, until the blade of a knife inserted in cake comes out clean.

Step frosting!
For the vanilla icing, I took 250g of icing sugar to which I added the teaspoon of vanilla sugar. I have incorporated 60g butter melted butter as and, while mixing well without stopping (to prevent large lumps of sugar). Then I added water until a stiff texture (pour really slowly and mix well because it does not take much)!

For the chocolate icing is the same! Just add the 3 squares of chocolate butter when you melt and stir the mixture directly into the icing sugar!

Finally, put your device in your pocket frosting and decorate your cupcakes!
Feel free to add some candy, it gives the charm of the cupcake and it makes people a little gnian gnian;)
Leave in the fridge for some time that the icing hardens (After 30 minutes is not bad for the impatient!) & ENJOY!

PS: I never said it was light eh ... ;)
